− Failed to really identify the difference between premium and standard room
− Small room, uncontrollable shower, no working desk, non English speaking front desk. Didn't explain to me that I have to pay ostrovok but but them, then allowed ostrovok employees to come knocking on my door in the morning like I'm a criminal with a security guy and a shouting lady who kept shouting continuously due 30 minutes while I'm trying to tell her that I stunt speak Russian and sunny understand a single word. Bad bad experience
