+ Beautiful hotel very clear with good quality of food. Best for family. Thank you 😊 The double bed room is the best and big for family with two kids.

+ The room inside was nice, the air conditioning blows right on the bed, so it's either hot or freezing cold at night. This is especially a problem with a small child. We had a large balcony but, a few floors down there was a giant be the looks of it air conditioning complex for the entire hotel. It was very loud night and day. Airplanes were constantly landing and taking off. The bathroom door is "designer" - so no sound isolation at all. Was good.

− We had Dinners included but! Here they try to rip you off and they wanted to charge us for water! The meal is included but they still want 4.50 USD for each small bottle of water. Insane! The waiters and restaurant staff are very green... clueless, running around... often they lie to get you to sit at a less comfortable table or to get you to go to a diff restaurant to eat. You're third in line and the hostess tells you that there's a 15 minute wait to be seated, asks you to go to a diff restaurant (the 8th floor breakfast restaurant is much worse than the G floor one) we decide to wait and 1 minute later we're seated. The staff were really not good. The hotel taxis are a rip-off, always ask for a normal taxi. The staff were a big problem.
