+ Looks fancy but feels cheap. They'd charge you for tea. The main area looks like a fancy night bar but the reality is that it is not cozy or meant for people to socialize. Somehow, most of the people seemed to "live there" most people did not seem traveling. Other than that, I liked the capsules and slept ok.
− Staff could be nicer with foreigners, especially given the fact that not all of them speak English. I enjoyed my stay but overall it felt pricey and the location is far from the subway.
+ the service was great , clean , helpful but the capsule ventilation was little hot . wifi was good though. gifts for new year was a nice touch
