− The room is too small, the heater was not warming the room

− The room very small and they dont give you anything when u book for more days for example water every day
+ The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are above average compared to other hotels for the same price. The reception lady was amazing as she helped me with the registration and even called the previous hotel to explain the issue. Overall room was great and bathroom amenities were provided.
− The carpet flooring infront of the door should be changed to avoid staining of the wet shoes from snow as there was staining
+ hotel is at a perfect location everything is within walking distance good rooms good receptionist they are really really helpful and kind. I'm definitely coming back and recommending this hotel to my country men. thank you for making my stay amazing.
− if you are a light sleeper not a good place for you as you can hear your neighbours and people in the corridor hotel entrance not so clear.
