+ The location and the desk staff.
− The following things were broken when I arrived August 5: The main elevator(causing all the guests to use a small, cramped, slow elevator in the restaurant), the refrigerator and kettle light in my room and the lock on the door in my room. Also, for some reason, I was locked out on the second day of my reserved two day visit. The manager must visit three rooms every was in the hotel business). It is a shame that this well located, well designed hotel is being allowed to deteriorate. Why? It seems well occupied.
