+ The service was remarkable

+ near to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa fountains breakfast was great and a good price Good aircon and internet. Slept well every night. Staff were all great. Exceptional. Pool was very nice, and friendly life guards
− Wifi was slow on 2 occasions over our 16 days
+ walking distance from 2 metro stations, burj khalifa, dubai mall and dubai opera any kind of egg, many kinds of bread, fruits, coffee, tea, and much more everything excellent, very large room, kitchenett, view of downtown very neat everything good except the check in process which was very long (1 hour till after midnight): the receptionist didn't find our reservation in the system (maybe the problem caused by zenhotels)
− first time we stayed there our neighbors were terribly noisy. the customer service took care for the next night. tv remote didn't work.
