+ It’s a quiet area, good if you want to be in business bay not in a busy space.
− Couple of things. First when I checked in the lady at the reception told me she’s going to give me an upgrade and offered me a deluxe room which when I entered into was nowhere close to an upgrade. The floor had mopping marks on it and the carpet was room was entirely smelling of smoke. To which I was told since I asked for a smoking room, I must expect the room and the entire floor to smell of smoke. So I requested for the room to be changed to a non smoking room. Once I moved to another room there, the A/c generator and the fridge was very noisy through out the night. The view was better than the other room definitely. Overall I feel there are other better options for a 4 Star around the area, at the same price.
+ This hotel is a fantastic value for money. I paid for a 2-star hotel and in return I stayed in a 5-star one. Very clean, staff friendly and conveniently close to everywhere, couldn't have asked for more...
