− Everything in the hotel has been a long time and is in urgent need of maintenance and repair.The bathroom door broke down and I was trapped inside for two hours, naked.The weather is very cold, and the only thing that is lucky is that I can keep my body temperature with hot water.I asked the hotel front desk for help, but he hung up my phone and did not reply to the email.I don't understand Russian, so I can only ask Zenhotel's customer service for help.Fortunately, the kind customer service helped me.He repeatedly urged the hotel for rescue.I was rescued nearly two hours after I asked for help, but there was no apology or compensation.
