+ The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, they gave us some great tips for transport etc. The hotel was spotless and so clean!
− The only thing I was disappointed with was the balcony, the website made out as though you had your own balcony however this was one big balcony running alongside the hotel, so no privacy and the door said “open in an emergency”, so found this quite misleading as it is one of the reasons we initially chose the hotel.
