The hotel details stated that I was able to check in early (this is the most important reason for me to book this hotel). As a result, after I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the hotel could not give me an early check-in. , My room is still unable to check in.If I want to check in early, I must modify to another more expensive room type and make up the difference of more than 3,000 rubles by myself.This caused me to disrupt my own travel plans. Question 2: The hotel details stated that it can provide luggage storage services, but after I left my luggage at the hotel because I was unable to check in early, I came back and saw that my luggage was placed unattended in the corridor of the hotel where people can come and go. This makes me unacceptable because I have valuable electronic products placed in the package.I can't imagine how long my luggage would be left there and how dangerous it would be if I didn't interrupt my travel plan and come back to check in in the afternoon. Please don't write out the services that cannot be provided, okay?
+ the room is pretty cozy for me. very comfy bed and pillows. the location is excellent like 10 mins by walking to red square.
− the wall is too thin, you hear everything from the next room and outside. steep stairs it's hard for heavy baggages.

− I stayed in a room with a double bed, but instead of one bed, two single beds were connected together. The mattresses are very good, but due to the fact that there is a joint between the beds, it was not very comfortable to sleep.
