− Pool was small
+ The location of the hotel with grate view to creek. The very polite stuf everywhere.

− I never see smiling guys in front loby in the checking counter , i feel like emigration counter . And also i have to give bad atitude story in checking counter , i forgot my i phone charger in the hotel , on the way i called they told me we found that you can come and collect in frond loby , next day i went there in loby they told to sit there , i wait there much more time and they are try to teach me about there problem . There is no system to keep lost and found .
+ Shuold appoint good communication skilled people , there only one lady can mange the customers , break fast area best employees they are manging well. You have to improve receiption management
