+ Καινούρια κατασκευή, σε εξαιρετικοβσημειο, ακριβώς δίπλα από τον κεντρικό Σταθμό τρένων, ο οποίος είναι και ο 1ος σταθμός απευθείας του τρένου "OBB" από το αεροδρόμιο. Άψογη τοποθεσία, καθαρό με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού.
+ Η διακόσμηση και η εξυπηρέτηση.
− Τα δωμάτια μικρά για 4 άτομα.
