+ Perfect location! The hotel located near metro kiyevskaya or Kievskiy Railway. Also you can walk just only 5 mins to the shopping mall “Evropeiskiy” and there are lots of good restaurants nearby this area. The room was good and have enough space to store your luggage. One thing I don’t like is hair-dryer is kinda old and loud but it’s still work. Next time if I come back to Moscow, I’ll stay here again.

− I asked the receptionist to check out at 1pm.. She said the hotel is fully booked... i checked in (ostrovok).. Many rooms available.. To be honest it's not that hard

+ Proximity with all services (bank, shopping mall, exchange $ office, metro and train) and 24h grocery store. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is big. View is amazing.

− The gym is extra, make sure to ask for access prior.

+ The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists and holidays travelers. Hotel is located at the busy Eurasia Square, in the posh and touristic Dorogomilovo District of Moscow. The hotel at 02 minutes walk from Kiyevsky Railway Terminal, Kiyevsky Metro Hub and Kiyevsky Bus Station. Room was decently spacious. Bed linens were clean and mattresses were quite comfy. Toilet was adequate with supplies of towels, toiletries and bath tub with warm water. Location and comfort wise the accommodation is cost effective and recommendable.

+ 2 minutes walk to a metro station and a huge shopping centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. 5 minutes on the metro to the red square. The bed I'd comfortable. The room has everything in needed. A kettle would have been nice though. The bathroom is very clean and had everything I needed. Very clean The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating

+ The location on the hotel is nice in the city center, metro station, mall, food, everything is around, The breakfast was good.

− After checked in i entered my room, it was almost night and it was super cold, colder than corridor, later they helped me to adjust the heater, the room was cold till morning. The hotel should prepare the room for the customer especially in winter time before arrival.

+ The hotel is situated right by the metro station and a train station, so you can go anywhere you need to quite fast. There is a huge shopping mall just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you enjoy walking, you can walk pretty much everywhere in the city center as well. The bedsheets were very clean as was the room in general. The receptionists were extremely nice the whole time I was there.

− The rooms are quite small. My room overlooked a business center which was just 15 meters away from my window so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. There is a guard by the entrance to the hotel and you always have to go through a scanner to make sure you are not carrying anything dangerous. It is time-consuming and quite annoying.

+ Across the road from the metro station and a huge shopping centre. 2 metro stations from the Red square Clean rooms, clean towels. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and extremely helpful

+ I liked the hotel lobby and the 2 of reception staff was very friendly and polite I stayed there for almost a week. 2 shopping malls were close to us one is in the same building and the other one is 1 minute walking distance other restaurants, pharmacy and exchange shops were there as well

− The pillows were too small and they provided only 2. Only towels were given no bath robes and only one slipper as well as one sanitary kit when we asked for another one the employer said it must be paid for. All of the reception staff were polite and professional but most weren’t friendly only 2 of them.

− The restaurant food was bad. Please improve. Breakfast buffet was so so, could be better for the price. And the gym facility is not free. Which was terrible!!!!

− Couldn’t check in earlier, asked me to pay if I wanted to check in earlier, ridiculous price.

− They charge for everything: bathrobes, small body lotion cream… You name it! They even cancelled my key card to the room before I paid 500 rubles of the bathrobe… Totally inadequate

− Terrible service!!! Shared our personal information on social media!!! On arrival and upon check in we paid for the room and got the passes. We stayed and checked out the next day. In few days the hotel administration found our friends and relatives on social media based on our first and last name. Texted and provided them our personal information claiming that we haven't paid for our stay at the hotel. Just because of their system mistake, they caused us huge discomfort and started looking for us on social media, they never called us, never email us or anything like that but found us on social media and texted our friends this bullshit! Embarrassing and disrespectful act by the hotel administration! Not recommending! Attached their message to our friends. Please read for the prove!
