+ Breakfast was great. The hotel is near bus, tram metro & train station. There is a water machine at the entrance, free. Also you have free tea and chocolate in your room.
− At the check-in I arrived12.30 at the hotel and they informed me that the room wasn't ready cause the check in time is at 15.00. So I have to walk around until this time. The room had 2 empty bottles of water in the ground under the bedroom (why was I waiting until 15.00 to check in although the room finally wasn't clean??). At the check-in the receptionist asked me to pay about room insurance 79,54€ and they refund this money at the checkout. Although they reserved the money from my credit card in a minute at the check-in, I checked out 10 days past but they didn't refund the money yet.
