+ It’s a perfect location for solo travelers like me. walking distance to kremlin,Red square and the next street you can find some nice restaurants with reasonable prices. Food is fine and staff are very friendly they are serving my food with smile.😊 Room and washroom are well maintained.Bed is very comfortable and pillows are very soft. It’s a very cleaned,housekeeping staff no need to call and request for cleaning because once you are going outside and come back cleaning already done and changing the bath towel,providing a new slippers and refill the toiletries. All staff are amazing and receptionists they are doing a good job!thank you so much!!!definitely I am coming back in this hotel.
+ Its just across the bridge from the Red Square, very nice walk The room was comfortable. The floors in the bathroom are heated.
+ Location is superbly located if you need quick access to Red square/Kremlin or Tretyakov gallery. However, this is not my favorite part of Moscow city, I personally prefer Tverskoy part of the central district Room was on a smaller side, but had a small size front partition with the close cabinet and mini fridge. The two beds in my room were extremely narrow by western standards, but comfortable enough for me Housekeeping was prompt and cortious Reception staff during my 4 night stay was extremely, consistently polite and professional. I forgot some items in the room safe when I checked out, had to come back couple of hours later and the issue was resolved without an incident, with my stuff safe and secure
