+ The hotel is very close to the kite beach, min spend of 12 AED only by taxi. This is obviously a NEW hotel with a nice design and well equipped rooms, which is important in Dubai. I loved the mattress, it was very soft. Clean soft towels, nice toiletries in the bathroom, big TV. Ni noise from the side of burj al arab and amazing sunset view. Breakfast was also very good, you won't regret it. Very friendly and thoughtful staff, everyone was very helpful during my stay. Highly recommend, this hotel worth this money, whether you go to Dubai for business or leisure
− Metro station was too far to walk in the heat of +40 and the hotel shuttle can drop you there only once in an hour, so had to catch a cab... A bit of walk to waitrose supermarket, but this is where you can buy some food and nice salads. Deposit of 300 aed when you check in is something really unnecessary ...

− The room had a moldy and moist smell. We arrived early morning and had paid for a full day before arrival so I requested for a late check-out and the front desk agreed on yet they called at 12 pm and demanded us to leave. They also did not clean the room although we requested twice for it to be cleaned. staff in the front desk rude. The hotel is in an ok location but a bit far from any shops or metro station. Would definitely not go back, we luckily went to a much better hotel in Dubai which was even cheaper than this.
