− The service attitude of the hotel is very bad.
+ The receptionist is helpful. Location is good and accessible by public transport subway and bus. There is iron board and water to refill. There isn’t toothbrush and toothpaste but there is soap and shampoo. The security is helpful opening the door when my hand was full with the kids and luggage. The maintenance guy maybe his name is Sergey, he also help me to fix my kids luggage that lost the bolt. There is water dispenser to refill the water in the room.
− There isn’t phone to call receptionist in the room, need to go down many times if needed or to ask something.
