+ Excellent hotel. Polite and friendly staff at the reception - my request for a quiet room was satisfied, I was not disturbed by any noise in the room, although we stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. The room fully corresponds to the description and photo, all plumbing and electronics are in working order. Breakfast was somewhat monotonous, but restaurant had a separate table with New Year's treats.
− The complaints are minor. Very small and cramped elevator. On the first day of our stay at the hotel, during breakfast, we sat down at a free table, but the waiter began to explain that this table was for large groups, not for couples. I asked where we could have a meal - all the small tables were occupied. The waiter gave up and left, and we stayed for breakfast. As I was leaving the restaurant, I noticed a small line of people waiting for free small tables, even though the large tables were not occupied. I understand that Austria is a country of rules =) But I want to remind the hotel management that the rules are good until the moment they turn into absurdity.
