+ Hotel is exactly 10 meters of metro entrance, its great. Lot of minimarkets, pharmacy, food courts, street food, skyscrapers everywhere. Nice place with perfect connection (taxi, metro, car, bus) Lovely breakfast! lot of foods, europian and asian also No - Everything very clean
− Maybe the lifts- somethimes you will waiting some minutes, but other hotels are the same
+ The view was absolutely magnificent, the personal welcoming and food delicious. Best hotel experience in my life.
− If I really need to pick anything negative then the guy at the swimming pool bar was not super nice as others in the hotel team.. But not an issue tbh.

+ The hotel was placed in a good location not what I first expected on arrival but it wasn’t far from all the main things to do and there was a train station right outside. Staff were really helpful and kind.
− I requested a smoking room which I will never be doing again. I was placed on a lower level where the rooms are still designed in an old fashion and are not very modern. Also there is no balcony or window access so that was another off put. I was told by staff close to my check-out that there were better rooms on higher levels but I wasn’t told this prior to check in. If I knew the old rooms was just from smoking option I would have quit cigarettes and went to the non smoking. But nevertheless great stay, great hospitality.
