+ Very affordable and excellent traveling on a budget. I liked the historical building. I wished I knew more Russian because I had difficulty communicating with front desk without a translator app, however I have to thank Egor who was so helpful with travel plans, thank you!!!
− I traveled during the hot summer season and my room was a bit warm without AC, however I got used to it, and overall enjoyed my stay!

− The service at the front desk really bad towards foreigners. The font desk guy gave me the wrong instructions about the registration. The guy who did the registration for me gave a bad attitude towards race. He consistently said”help me” when i switch to speak in english and while scan my documents. In the registration he made a mistake about my nationality and didn’t apologize to me even a single word. When i said that i want to complain about it, he said that i can go to the front guy’s house to complain and ignored me. He had a really BAD attitude to RACE. He consumed that every Asian people are Chinese. That made me a huge problem when i have the wrong information on my registration but he refused to take any responsible.
