+ Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. The hotel was clean and well-maintained corridors.
− The reception staff was not welcoming at all, especially the lady at the reception.
+ The hotel rooms were very clean times they kept front area is very clean in the little park where you can sit and relax. The spa was very well taken care of. And the exercise room was clean the pool and all the amenities were very clean and taken care of. The hotel is very good with dealing with someone that was not from Russia. They helped out where they could. The spa was very good with dealing with translation. And did as they were asked.
