− The bed was awful, the toilet/bath was not clean, no place to put your toothbrush, the watertap was loose. The window could not close, and it was cold outside. The room in all was in a lousy shape! Just awfull, dust in the corner and the room was worn down. We asked if they could do something about the "open" window, but they never fix it. When we arrived, we had to pay tax EUR 34,15, and not EUR 15, as told on our booking. Zenhotels owes us money back.
