+ Location is ok. The tram is near, but its 5-6 stations from the center. Cleanliness is ok, but see below.
− The room decoration is old; bed is not comfortable; washing room is small; there were no tea cups in the room, and when asked, they refuse to supply; didn't change the sheets during our visit for 8 nights; breakfast does not change. We stayed for few days and got the same products with no change. There are no vegetables and if you ask for something different they ask you to pay extra. I asked for fried egg, and they ask for extra; rude behavior; its like an old 60'th hotel, when you don't care about the customer.
+ Good location, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
− Rooms are a bit shabby. On the whole it was worth the money we paid. Recommend this hotel for a short stay in Amsterdam.
