+ Very clean, friendly staff
− Room too small
+ Amazing place , the staff are so welcoming the rooms are quirky and this is exactly why we booked clean and tidy in a great location and the beds are sooooo comfy after a day exploring.

− room light is too dark and room is too samll
+ 3 tram stops from Centraal. Probably not appropriate for small children. No lift, many steps. Breakfast is continental style. Staff was exceptional and accommodating.
