+ The staff and service is really good
− They could have give me early check-in
+ The connectivity from Metro and Main Street, Breakfast, Front desk staff were very generous.
− The staff at main gate were very rude, if any guests arrive or leaving with luggage must be assisted. Here I found there is no assistance regarding this and staff were kept looking at you but do nothing. even, they literally say to park your luggage in cloak room, no matter it has very less room there to walk even. this is not hospitality I guess.

− The ac was hot, for one night they didn’t clean properly
+ Close to metro station. Area seemed safe. The hotel was decent.
− Staff was terrible. English not very good. They were not able to process guest check in or check out in an efficient way. Staff did not seem well trained or motivated. It could be that there was not enough staff and hotel had more guest. I called reception, I was put on hold. Nobody responded for long time. I had to come down to reception to resolve the issue.

− The tv has Russian channels only, and the toilet has no shutoff ( water spray)
