+ The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The room is quiet.
− The receptionist was scratching his armpits in front of me while I was checking-in then he touched the card and gave it to me.

− air conditioning in hotel doesn't mean in the room .we were given a fan and the temperature in the room was 31C.in july unbearable

− The reception is not practical at all. They can’t solve any issues. So slow.
+ Excelente location, a couple of minutes from the metro station, close to old Arbat street, with a huge variante of shops and restaurants! love it Excelente breakfast, scrumble eggs, pancakes, jam, Milk, keffir, cofre, vários bread, mushrooms, cheese, oatmeal, etc Very confortable bed and pillows! Love the window view and the bathroom too. All very clean Very kind and prestative.
