+ Location is amazing ! The hotel itself is beautiful , loved the remodelled lobby and the rooms . Beautiful shops inside . Breakfast was very fresh and delicious , have varieties for everyone . The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very clean . The management is very helpful and do everything to help their guest to feel great . Overall very good vibe in the hotel . We will be back
− Sound proof could be better . When we were checking in one of the reception desk girls was rude and very arrogant. She wasn’t even trying to accommodate any of our needs . Likely the manager who worked that night was very helpful and took care of the situation. The toilet area in the bathroom is a little small . The iron in the room was very old and had stains , was hard to use .

− We are first time here in sofitel jumeirah but not first time here in Dubai.. when we check inn told us that we 20% discount for food and drinks in Hotel... Then when we check out ,, we do have only 20 % for the food and for the drinks they did not geve us 20%!!! And this is very bad!will never visit and never recommend this hotel . A lot of hotels in jumeirah...
