− It seems that I am writing more critical reviews these days rather than positive. However, the service industry just isn't listening to its customers and that is a worldwide problem! Maddison Boutique - Bad points, asked for a quiet room, got one overlooking reception, noisy. Cleaners also very noisy with the 2 way radios turned up to full volume. NO easily reachable power points in the room, no bin. Lift has been out of action forever by the sound of it. The worst point. BREAKFAST - Terrible. You have 5 staff serving 10 guests and you are waiting and waiting for your Coffee to be served? Why? Choice limited, portions small. My omelette was the most laughable thing I have ever seen. I wish I took a photo. If you dare ask for something you will be looked at like a petulant child. I won't be back to this place that's for sure!
