+ This hostel is the best choice especially if it is your first time in Kazan. Every monuments or touristic attraction is reachable by a walking distance. My friends and I loved the place , the hostel and of course the very friendly and kind staff. I recommend this hostel and If I had to go back to Kazan I would stay there again !

+ the staff doesn't speak English, but understands needs and are very helpful! I liked my room and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

+ Service is nice. They’re very kind to help me to deal with anything. And the location is near to city center, it’s really convinced to go anywhere from here.
− The air condition is bad work, it’s head to sleep in summer.I even can’t fall asleep. Then the bed is dirty and the room is bad smell.

− The kitchen is shared with the reception so it is quite small. The room is hot in summer, it was very hit to sleep. Stuff speak very little English.
