− We booked a massage from the hotel. It was a horrible one. Stuff was not professional. I can’t describe how bad the massage was. Still whenever I remember, I feel bad. If the name of hotel was not Hilton, of course I wouldn’t book a massage in Trabzon but I expected some quality from this famous chain.
+ Cost is very reasonable for Hilton hotels.
− Air Conditioning was not working on my first day despite that i have complained to service desk more than once.
