+ The receptionist is kind 😄
− Previously I booked a shared room, they just pointed at that basement and told me to go there to find my bed by myself with one big and one small case which were so heavy 🥲. That was the reason why I agreed to change into another room nearer than that when they introduced it. It is of course more expensive.
