+ Location near mall and room view is relatively good.
− Process of entering apartment is very very complicated😒. Every time you want to go you apartment, you have to take passing card from reception which is in another tower and you have to present all family passport with reception workers not even smile at your face. Another issue I faced is external bathroom which I was surprised that my apartment bathroom is outside my apartment near other apartments 😒 where you always need to go outside which is not convenient to me and my family with children.
