+ Close to Kazan's main tourist attractions, so ideally located with just a short walk to the Kremlin. Bed was comfortable, linens were good quality, room had all the necessary additions such as a kettle and plenty of plates/cups/cutlery etc. The bathrooms were kept spotless at all times. The one thing I didn't like was there was no mini-fridge in the room. But, there was one in the main kitchen for people to use if needed so it was no big deal. There is also a microwave and induction stovetop. Everything was spotless, 10/10 on the cleanliness. I felt bad they had to mop up all the dirt I kept tracking in 🫣 Staff are very friendly and were helpful. I had to extend my stay in Kazan far past what was expected and I was able to keep my original room when I re-booked, and I always felt like they were approachable even when there was a language barrier. I was happy with my stay at the hotel and recommend it to anyone who visits Kazan.
