+ The apartment view and cleanliness
− Actually it’s like Airbnb apartments The check in was so slow, which they have to issue the cards from the tower security and took us 40 minutes to issue it. In addition, I had to pass by security everyday to re-activate the entry cards . There was no cleaning service and they will charge you 10000 rubles deposit. I had issue with living room AC it wasn’t cold, and I texted them multiple times but very slow response and no action taken unfortunately. The location is far from center and activities also no shops and services around it.
