Glenver Garden Hotel

− pillows are small and not comfortable. i hope if they provide connected rooms as options during booking

+ I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I would like to give special thanks to Alexandra at the reception. She handled my check-in and check-out very quickly and with great professionalism. Her elegant and polite attitude made me feel comfortable, and because of her I truly loved the hotel.

+ Convenient for airport transfer and access to metro station. Room is spacious and clean. Porter is very helpful.

+ Reception staff were helpful, and they welcome any enquiries. Hotel surroundings with mall,coffee shop,restaurants and yard relaxation and children's playing.

− Hower, housekeeping staff are not detailed cleaning, they skip room vacuum & toilet cleaning.

+ The location was great,close to the Train and metro Station and shopping mall, Easy access to Moscow's vital places, The reception staff are nice, The availability of washing machines at a very symbolic price, The room furniture and towels are very clean, I highly recommend staying at this elegant hotel.

− The bathroom door was not fully closed, there was no ventilation in the room, the cleaning should be better, the air conditioning was very weak even though the weather usually did not need cooling, but throughout the stay the air conditioning was working weakly and the technician came to check it but unfortunately it seems that the problem is general in the hotel, and it is not a big problem

+ The room is nice, the staff is around and friendly, pizza in restaurant was also nice.

− Room: The door of toilet and bathroom doesn’t close hermetically, so you can feel sounds and smell, for two people too much. Shower gel, shampoo, balsamo difficult to get from dispensers all 3 times i stayed, some dirt on dispensers, some hair in room sometimes Area around is a bit unpleasant, hall looks a bit cheap with all production for sale, restaurant and bar don’t like like you want to go. Wasn’t working hot water once, we were notified at very last minute late night, as compliment was offered cheescake 🤦‍♀️

+ Am very picky person , so I choose the hotel very carefully, this hotel didn’t disappoint me at any point . Very nice , new , clean , stylish hotel , the staff is super friendly, girls at the reception very cute and kind , food at the restaurant is good , soundproof in the rooms is good , the bed and pillows super comfortable , overall we had a great stay , would be back to this hotel for sure. Thanks .

+ The location of the hotel is very convenient. Room is spacious and clean. Staffs can speak English fluently and be welcome to foreigners.

− Breakfast is very crowded because of limited seats for single or double guests. most of the seats are for 4-6 people.

+ Right next of Paveletskaya metro and station as well as Paveletskaya plaza mall. Bed was very comfortable. Toilet and shower separate rooms for compartmentalization. It was good. Very clean everywhere Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Provided laundry detergent for service as well.

+ Well, the hotel was above my expectations! Our room size was perfect, the front office staff were amazing like all of them. Would definitely recommend and rebook this hotel over and over ✨!

+ Very convenient location. Right next to the metro station. A shopping mall, Shawarma station and currency exchange available at walkable distance. Meal service was good, very helpful staff. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean and spacious room. It also gives a nice view to the street and surrounding areas. Mr. Ivan at the reception was very helpful. Overall supportive staff.

− Shataff not available in the toilet seat but i came prepared with my own potable shataff 😀

+ very close to metro and train station . opposite of shopping mall which is very nice. Breakfast is very good clean and wide

+ The hotel locates at very good location and spacious room. The room is clean and fresh.

− I asked the reception to do hotel registration for visitor but they couldn't do it the same day (why?) and said they will send it by email to me. Until now 5th October I still don't receive any email from Glenver Garden hotel

− The receptionists and the manager on duty are not cooperative and treat the customer with disrespect.

+ Great hotel in the center of Moscow and very close to metro-Train station! Lovely modern room design and so clean! There is a small nice mall close by for a little shopping, having a cup of coffee and money exchange 😍 Staff are so cooperative and I have to mention (Erina) as she allowed me to check out late until the prayer time!

− Fire alarm EVERYDAY for a week from 11 am to 1 pm!! So annoying

+ Everything in the hotel was amazing. Staff were nice and helpful, the smile didn’t leave their face.

− The bathroom design is a bit weird but you could live with it.
