+ The hotel is located pn the bank of the small river Bulak, just 3 min walk to the pedestrian Bauman street. The bad was comfortable.
− The hotel was not easy to find, no sign, no pointer, no surroundings. The room was not clean, hot water issue, no refil of the toiletries and tea bags.
