+ good room
− In the description there were 3 bedrooms but in reality there were 2 bedrooms and a living room. The apartment has one small bathroom. The apartment is in a very old building, and the elevator has no safety features that lock you if you try to enter and the door closes. You hear repair work and demolition in the building all day long and it only stops when you sleep.
