− 1. Mattress was terrible. It was so old and uncomfortable Although we notified the owner, she didn’t care. We also were not able to reach you. 2. We asked 2 keys for the apartment, the owner refused. It was so inconvenient, we had to synchronize everything. One of us had to wait for other all the time. 3. Shower head needs to be fixed. Although Previously notified by others and our reminder, the owner wasn’t care about this issue either.
