− No room cleaning if you stay additional day. Toilet dirty and too many flies. help desk is angry old women who doesn't like you to stay more days. I waited for 2 hrs at help desk for checking in. The angry women finnaly agreed to extend one more day and she was shouting at me when I asked. It was first time visit at Moscow, this might be nature of russian behavior. I have flight for next day and no time for finding hotel, unfortunately I had to convince the angry women to stay one more day
