− 1. Location: It’s not near the metro station. 2. Clean: bath tub is stuffed. So gross. Water is not going down good. 3. Procedure: a. We were forced to sign a Russian contract with no English version. That is so horrible. b. I have to contact four different people to know the general questions, to get the check in instructions, to go through the actual check in, and to be forced to signed the contract. I can’t complain, otherwise the contacts say something very ugly. c. When we arrived at 7.21, no one could come to collect the deposit, we suggested another time, nobody answered. 7.22 one of the contacts suddenly told me we have to pay the deposit immediately when we were out. I took half an hour to negotiate another time. d. When we collected our cash deposit, I have to create a group to know whom would come, which costed half an hour. And they told me that they are a big company. But I don’t know why we have to pay the communication costs instead of them. Overall, the worst experiences ever. Will definitely ruin your trip. Don’t book this apartment, otherwise you’ll get a whole nightmare.
