− Far away from any tourist attractions The address was wrong, they are showing entrance on the main road but that is completely false! The entrance is in a dodgy back alley way with no signage at all, no elevator and we stayed on the top floor, ridiculous amount of stairs to climb carrying luggage. Struggled to get hold of the person to hand us the keys, she was not speaking English so it was really challenging. The room is very tiny and the wifi was slow, for 3 days there was no internet and nobody assisted to fix after I complained multiple times via WhatsApp chat. They didn't clean the room for the entire stay, or assisted with clean towels.
