Hotel Bilibin Garden Moskva

+ The hotel is close to Red Square and its excellent location takes a 20-minute walk and eliminates the need to use a taxi

− 1-The hotel gate is unclear ‎‏2- The clean rooms have been renovated. ‎‏3- There is no new luggage attendant. ‎‏4- The host staff treated guests poorly and were uncooperative, including Irina and others who were there on July 18, 2025. (I hope the hotel owner chooses his wonderful employee.) ‎‏5- Breakfast is limited and can be served in the rooms. There is no breakfast hall. ‎‏There is no lunch or dinner menu.

+ This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at! The girl at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind — she really made our stay easier and more comfortable. The hotel is very clean, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to Red Square. Highly recommended!

+ The staff were helpful and spoke English, the single bed room was great, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and the air con made it nice and cool when it was +35 outside.

− it's good for being near Red Square but you have to walk for 20 or 30 minutes to arrive metro what you order is different from what give you. The quality of the order is not bad . but they didn't tell me about breakfast and gave us it in the room. I thought breakfast was self-service but no information wasn't in the site. There is no ventilation in the room. Not even in the bathroom. When you take a bath, you have to wait for half an hour until the humidity in the room decreases and it is so hot that it cannot be controlled with anything. It's just an air conditioner in the room, which is not of good quality. The room was clean only the day I entered the room. A curtain was installed at the entrance of the bathroom, and if you did not adjust it correctly, water would enter the room. This happened on the first day and although the room was requested to be cleaned, it was ignored.

+ The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from Red Square and the beauty of the Moskva is just a stones throw away. Perfect location. The room is perfectly adequate. At least the suites we stayed in are. They are the DBL Bed Large Rooms (Room 5 and 6, with 6 being the best) The Housekeeping staff always kept the rooms in tip top cleanliness shape. The Staff were absolutely brilliant, in particular Daria who helped us immensely. English can be a bit of a challenge but nothing that Google Translate cannot assist with.

− The room which we got was less than 20m. And it was mentioned 20 m. It’s very small you can not move on it. You need to use bridge stair to access the kremlin .

+ 2min away from Red Square. Bed was nice, fresh bottle of water everyday, cleaning was great. The fridge was a bit noisy, but does not stop you from sleeping well. Very clean with friendly staff. I arrived 6hrs before check-in really early, staff helped me to safe keep my luggage and checked me in 2hrs earlier, great experience.

+ Close proximity to the city centre and to the metro as well. Very modern, clean, well designed hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and speak good English.
