+ I like everything that has been provided in the apartment because most of the facilities inside the apartment can be used. The manager who handled us was very cooperative and tried to help.
− The woman, who is at the reception during the time of my check out with my family was VERY RUDE!!! She shouted to my family members that don't know how to speak and understand russian languages even she can talk to them nicely. She can translate to them by using app or whatsoever in order to explain but she just used to shoutout loud. There is my sister that watching that kind of behaviour showed by that woman. I want to highlight that my family used to travel around the world but this is MY FIRST TIME in facing such a welcoming gestures from that particular woman. She knocked the reception table very hard and shout again to my family as she knows that my family members don't know how to speak and understand russian.
