− To main door close at night so that you can't get in or out at night! As a foreign tourist, the process to enter the room was so complex! They send you a url in SMS to enter a russian website and upload your passports and take a selfy with it. The process took alot of time! Also it's mentioned in the app that they can speak English and Russian but when I called them they don't speak russian. I stayed there for 1 days. There was no hot water. They came to try to fix it when i was gonna leave! Overall very bad experience. Also, there was no name or anything that indicates the name of the hotel on the building! The people around there was kind to help us finding the building.

− they have a ridiculous policy that no one can enter or exit the hotel between 11:45 and 5 a.m. it's a hotel not a prison so stupid. I was at a business party and realized I have to be at the hotel by 11:45 otherwise I could have stated a bit longer
