+ Perfect location, in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to the metro station and about a 20-minute walk from Red Square. Very convenient parking right in front of the hotel.

− The minibar with sensors is not convenient, as it doesn’t allow you to use it to cool your own items. Moreover, the automatic charge upon removing a product doesn’t even let you read its features.

− I have requested my rooms next to each other before I arrived by one week but the hotel team member where not interested in help the families

+ Stayed here for 5 days in July, it’s a great place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The hotel is in a really calm area, but still close enough to walk or take a short ride to the main attractions. Spacious and clean rooms & the breakfast? Easily one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke proper English.

− If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the place is very quiet maybe not ideal for those who prefer a livelier vibe. But for me, that was a big plus. I absolutely loved it and I will defiantly come back again if ever in Moscow.

+ Super duper amazing hotel, amazing location. Posh neighborhood, quite close to Kremlin. Room size is so good. Beautiful room, very clean and service is out of the world. Love the refreshments provided in the room.

+ Solid 4-star hotel, great rooms, nice breakfast. All the Russian stuff are friendly, polity and welcoming, but all non-Russians - harsh, quite hostile even if you been friendly to them. Hotel should hire only Russians to solve it and prevent any inconvenience It'd be nice to see a sanitary shower. It's kinda expected nowadays

+ I recently stayed at this hotel with my family overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception are very helpful and cooperative. However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear all the noises from the neighboring rooms, which can be quite disturbing. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the Red Square. It takes about 40 minutes to walk there, and approximately 20 minutes by car.

+ The hotel locates in very heart of Moscow, namely, close to Park Zaryad’e and Red Square. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty.

− It could be nice to refresh the room, especially, a bath room, it looks like “old lady” - - maybe it was good somewhere, but this is not for me.
