Panorama City Federation Hotel

+ The only good thing about this hotel was the view. It is not worth spending this type of money for this bad or service and uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

− The food was too expensive for the taste, you can go down the road and get better food for half the price The bed was very soft, it felt good at first to lay in, but overnight it was bad. We got a room with a larger bed, the bed was 2 twin size beds put together, so in the middle there was a little divot that made it very uncomfortable as a couple. There also was 2 blankets meant to be for two separate beds. The sleeping conditions were not comfortable. The staff of the building (help desk and security) were so rude and impolite. They would answer with snarky remarks like they were better than you. There was an issue where I put down 2 names for this reservation. When I got there, there was only one persons name for it. We had to call the hotel and have them put the second name in their system so we could get to our room. We went out during mid day and expected room service to be done, the only thing that was done was that we had new towels. It was horrendous.
