Hotel Winterfell Kursky Terminal

+ The Room was Clean but very small for 2 persons , but over all is good

− The receptionist there was very rude and racist to us , her way of talking was very bad and not polite to us , although we are good speakers in Russian and we were very understandable to her but she was very impolite , i will not go back there again although the room was clean and location is good but very bad treatment

− What a nasty staff, They horrible and rude and keep insult you in Russian whenever you go the counter either for request, inquiry or payment. They don’t like you presence and want you to leave as soon as possible. Let me give you an example in day one I tried to pay for the whole stay but the blonde receptionist refused and said pay day by day then I thought this is maybe how they manage the place, On work days an old lady control the place, the day after she charged me an extra amount of money because I kept paying day by day. They’re greedy, evil and mean. I don’t know people hear do breath smoke or what the odor is on 24 hours and the whole are is loud there is music club and couple of bars. The room I stayed on day one was smelly and it seemed that they hadn’t changed bed sheets by the time I arrived.

+ Clean hotel. Close to metro station. Friendly receptionist.
