Hotel Perovo Plaza

+ Room was clean.Well maintained. Helpdesk was 24/7.

− Wifi didn't work inside rooms no proper ventilation

+ I like the location of the hotel. Very convenient.

− There is no bidet in the toilet and no Wi-Fi.

+ Nothing. I was forced to stay in this hotel. This hotel isn't 3 star....I promise. One star is so higher .

− Worst location on the map to take taxi and etc. Near to metro station. Every thing on the photos are great, But on the physically,,,, Nope. Heating system on the temperature minus 4 doesn't work....Yes Wall of the room in North side was covered by wooden....Yes wooden not cement...I booked best room of the hotel. Blanket and pillow wasn't satisfactory. As Russia law, they should registration all of the passengers,,,,But they didn't registration to my 6 years old daughter.... Do you know, why? For Tax....Awfull.

− The hotel is located far from metro, there is very bad transportation facility The room was so dirty, that even the bedsheets were not washed or new. It was all used stuff and there was so much dirt everywhere on the table and chair, also they advertise themselves as air conditioned but the room is not and is so hot Very dirty, used bedsheets etc provided to new guest
