+ Comfortable bed, location is nice, close with the arbat street and metro. Easy access for kurskian student it is recommended to stay here

− Dont have an elevator, if you came with many luggage you can ask to stay at first floor

+ The location

− Once I was check in there was an old lady in the reception. She was yelling at me where is the registration paper I said I don’t have it. She was so angry I don’t know why. Her job is to serve and help customers. also she should smile. She give you a feeling that you are staying in the hotel for free. I didn’t like to deal with her. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t have elevator and my room was in 3rd floor 😓

+ Excellent customer reception. Was with family. Staffs are really cooperative and quick in assisting us with smile. My best wishes to Arbat and staffs.

− The problem with the blackmailing employee was not resolved and my money was returned The employee at the reception is blackmailing I did not live there and he illegally took the value of the night (theft) from my card, as he refused to enter my guest and wanted money in an ugly way There is no The employee has a method of extortion like some Arab countries, I think he has experience about Arabs

+ Staffs are really friendly and imformative.The most important thing is they can speak english.Hotel location is really good,very close to metro station and only walkable distance to main streets in the city.

− The only thing that we disappointed is there is no elevator available in this hotel,and they allowed us fourth floor so it was really a nightmare.And the rooms are really small.
