+ Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cosmos Smart! Clean, comfy rooms, great location, and warm hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Veeka and the other reception staff for making my trip so pleasant! 🌟😊

+ Everything was good, staff were friendly. I'm pleasantly surprised that you can't hear the construction site, but if you open the window, you can hear it, and the rooms are air-conditioned if you needed. The location is excellent, you can safely walk to the tourist spots. There is also a underground and a taxi nearby. The breakfast was varied, everything you need is there. It was getting light early enough, so the curtains were well thought out, completely enveloping the room in darkness. Everything necessary for hygiene is available, the only thing is that there is no conditioner for hair, this nuance is more typical for girls. We were satisfied with the hotel, it's perfect for business trips or short visits

− The sound insulation from the next room, which had an adjoining door, was terrible. Two men could be heard talking and arguing very loudly about something at 10 p.m. It didn't last long, they left after half an hour. However, if possible, it would be better to fix such a problem in the future. However, of course there is a nuance, but it occurs in many hotels, that the partition from the shower does not cover enough space and the water flows out, we asked for an extra towel in case it flows out intensively

+ location close to centre and reception s staff helpful ready to answer any question. provide iron in the room ,drinking water and tea coffee . breakfast is good and meets our expectations with many menus. thanks for all staff .

− No water spray hose is available in the Toilet

+ The location is close to both metro snd tram. Both hotel and room were extremely clean. They prepared vegetarian pasta for breakfast on our request. Room service was good. Toiletories were good quality.

− Vegetarian breakfast options were limited. Room was bit on the smaller side for the price paid.

+ Fast and easy booking. Great value. Rooms are clean & soundproof. Staffs are helpful and polite. Few minutes walk from Paveletskaya station. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

+ Hotel location perfect, it's just near main train station, metro and tram. There are many restaurants near hotel. Staff are super and helpful. It was one of best hotels I stayed in, if. Visit Moscow again i will stay in same hotel.
